The Academy. By Skin & Soul Medical was created to raise standards in aesthetic medicine. Born from a clinic rooted in ethical practice, clinical integrity and natural results, our academy exists to train medical professionals to practise injectables safely, thoughtfully and with purpose.
We deliver in-person fundamental CPD accredited training in Botulinum Toxin and Dermal Fillers, grounded in facial anatomy, patient safety and informed clinical decision-making. We also offer in clinic shadow days and masterclasses in more advanced techniques. This is not trend-driven education. It is training designed to build confidence, competence and long-term clinical responsibility.
Our fundamentals course provides the essential knowledge and hands-on experience required to begin practising injectable treatments responsibly. You will not simply learn how to inject, but why, when and how to treat responsibly. Under close supervision, you will gain practical experience in patient assessment, treatment planning, injection technique and aftercare. Building confidence that translates directly into real-world practice.

This private 1:1 clinic shadow day is an experience created for practitioners seeking personalised mentorship and a deeper understanding of the Skin & Soul Medical approach. With no other delegates present, the day is entirely focused on your development, allowing for meaningful observation, discussion and reflection.
The Academy was founded by Lucie Royer RMN, INP. A Mental Health Nurse and Independent Nurse Prescriber who began her journey within aesthetics in 2019.
With a strong clinical foundation and a deep understanding of patient wellbeing, Lucie has built her career on delivering natural, harmonious results that enhance rather than alter. Her ethical, grounded approach has earned her the respect of both patients and fellow professionals.
