LUCIE ROYER, BSc Hons INP

NURSE PRESCRIBER

After earning her first-class Bachelor of Nursing degree, Lucie embarked on her professional journey in acute mental health, where she honed her compassionate care to empower others and attention to detail.

From a young age, Lucie possessed a keen eye for aesthetics and a deep-rooted passion for helping others feel confident and empowered. Though always inherently creative, it was through cosmetic nursing that Lucie truly embraced her artistic talents, transforming her natural ability into a thriving career.

Captivated by the dynamic world of aesthetics, Lucie found that cosmetic nursing uniquely combined her love for artistry and mental wellbeing. This synergy enabled her to empower individuals, fostering confidence and enhancing their natural beauty from the inside out.

Thus, Skin & Soul Medical was born. A sanctuary where Lucie’s vision of patient-centred, ethical & creative aesthetic care flourishes. With two top-rated clinics in the North East, Lucie continues to redefine the standards of cosmetic nursing, creating a space where beauty and wellbeing unite seamlessly.

As Medical Director At Skin & Soul Medical, Dr Alex brings a rare blend of surgical precision, academic depth & ethical clarity. Overseeing our clinical governance, medical protocols and patient safety with the same intention that guides all we do: to practice with soul.

Beyond the operating theatre, Dr Alex is driven by a desire to elevate our standards on a larger scale. Over the past decade he has contributed to local and national committees, offering insight into education, examinations, professional standards & public policy.

His surgical journey has woven through Plastic Surgery, Trauma & Orthopaedics. As well as advanced Aesthetic Training with the renowned DermaMedical.

Steph is an exceptional Medical Injector and Independent Nurse Prescriber known for her precise eye and calming, clinical presence. With years of hands-on experience in aesthetics and patient care, she blends advanced anatomical knowledge with a naturally artistic approach.

Clients love Steph for her honesty, her gentle touch & her ability to create beautiful, subtle results that elevate confidence without ever looking “over done.” Her work reflects her philosophy: treatments should be safe, thoughtful & always tailored to the individual.

Jools brings a calming touch to every treatment with her expertise in relaxing massages. She is also an experienced laser therapist, specialising in laser hair removal and skin rejuvenation – areas she is truly passionate about.

Millie is a dedicated Level 5 Skin & Laser Specialist who is passionate about promoting skin health from the outside in.

With a strong focus on holistic care, she combines advanced techniques with a deep understanding of skincare to help clients achieve radiant, healthy skin.

The heart of Skin & Soul Medical, Rhashika guides the daily rhythm of the clinic with grace.

Rhashika is devoted to creating an effortless, elevated experience, ensuring that Skin & Soul runs smoothly for the ultimate patient journey and the brand flourishes throughout. You’ll see Rhashika in our Newcastle clinic and will get to speak to her when getting in touch with the clinic.

Amy Page is our in-house Chinese Medicine Practitioner, specialising in acupuncture and therapeutic massage.

Amy integrates ancient wisdom with modern practices, offering personalised treatments that support relaxation, rejuvenation, and overall wellbeing.
